The Duck-Rabbit Craft Brewery Lands In Nashville

The Duck-Rabbit Craft Brewery from Farmville, North Carolina has announced that they will be distributing in Nashville beginning Monday, August 26th.  Duck-Rabbit was founded in August 2004 by Paul Philippon who left his career as a Philosophy professor at Eastern Michigan University to open the microbrewery in Farmville, North Carolina.  As a tribute to his past life as a Philosophy professor, Philippon named the brewery after Thomas Kuhn's duck-rabbit illustration from the 1962 book The Structure of Scientific Revolutions.  The Duck-Rabbit Craft Brewery dubs themselves as, "The dark beer specialist," and tend to brew mostly dark beers; their flagship brews consist of an Amber Ale, Brown Ale, Porter, and Milk Stout.

Expect to see Duck-Rabbit showing up in bars and bottle shops around town.  For more information, visit Duck-Rabbit online at www.duckrabbitbrewery.com.
